Sam joined Processor’s Choice as an Inside Sales Representative in August 2021. She holds a degree in the culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and a Bachelors and Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Prior to Processor’s Choice, Sam worked in processing and product development. She has developed various products such as beverages, snack foods, and functional foods.
Sam is originally from Queens, NY but resides in Naples, FL. In her free time Sam enjoys being outdoors, fitness, and cooking.
