Marty started with PCI in 2016 but has been involved in the food industry for over 23 years. His extensive background at ICL Food Specialties/BK Giulini, ConAgra and Keystone Foods includes roles in technical sales, production management and research and development. Marty’s areas of expertise include functional ingredient application and formulation in the meat, poultry, bakery, and beverage industries.
Marty holds BS and MS degrees from Louisiana State University. He has also obtained Certified Food Scientist (CFS) with IFT, as well as Certified Culinary Scientist (CCS) with the Research Chef’s Association.
Outside of work, Marty enjoys raising and showing livestock across the country with his wife, two sons, and daughter.
