Blaine joined PCI in November 2023; his background includes technical sales, Quality Assurance, Production, and Food Microbiology.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Meat Science from Texas Tech University and a master’s Degree with a hybrid focus between Meat Science and Food Microbiology, also from Texas Tech University.
Blaine has a diverse background with experience in the Meat, Poultry, Dairy, brewing/Beverage, & Produce sectors.
Originally from New Mexico, he has been a Texan for over 10 years. He is located near the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and will cover Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. In his free time, Blaine likes to travel internationally and domestically, camping, and restoring antique vehicles.
