A Leadership Transition at Processor’s Choice

We are pleased to share an important leadership update at Processor’s Choice.

After more than 13 years of outstanding service, Kaylan Adams will retire from his role as President, effective March 31, 2025. Since joining Processor’s Choice in 2011, Kaylan has played a pivotal role in shaping our direction, strengthening relationships with our partners, and ensuring our customers receive the best service in the industry. His leadership has made a lasting impact, and we are deeply thankful for his dedication and the legacy he leaves behind.

Although Kaylan will step down from his official role at the end of March, he will remain with us until May 2, 2025, to support a seamless leadership transition.

We are proud to announce that Mark Bales will become the next President of Processor’s Choice. Mark joined our team in 2015 as Vice President of Supply Chain and moved into the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2018. His strategic vision, commitment to excellence, and deep industry knowledge make him uniquely qualified to lead Processor’s Choice into its next phase of growth.

Please join us in expressing our sincere gratitude to Kaylan and in welcoming Mark into his new role.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership.
